Be Prepared

Here are some tips to be prepared when we meet!

  • Make sure your computer is set up in the room that we will be working in. (Unless we are meeting in person, then no need.)
  • Quiet all distractions, like phone, visitors etc.
  • Grab your favorite calming essential oil, if you use them, or comfy clothes
  • Be prepared mentally to let go of what is not serving you
